... because you don't seem to have any ground to complain that "us people" consider reasonable. You made the assumption that you would be allowed to swap out of your tariff without paying an exit fee and that assumption has proved to be false. The agreement you have with OFTM is documented in the T's and C's and if you have misunderstood them that is unfortunate but you do just need to accept that and move on.
