Probate - transfer of title

Hi
I have had probate granted and looking to buy out sister who is co beneficiary
I am aware of the forms required by the land registry but advice online suggests you go through a solicitor rather than do yourself
Would that be best advice ?
Seems a letter between myself and sister required between myself and sister to document transfer required in case issues down the line ? and in that case best through solicitor ?
Advice appreciated

Suggest a solicitor would be wise since the value of the property indicates your purchase will attract SDLT and this will include the 2nd property surcharge since you presumably own your own home. There is of course also the land registry processes to navigate, depending on whose name the property is currently in.
I also see you had earlier issues with your intial probate application process and tripped up along the way. Would not be wise making errors with regard to SDLT compliance on your purchase.1
