'This is a simple stage. It's your story & evidence. It's a good idea to wait until you receive the Claimant's WS and then you can pull it apart/respond in yours, but DO NOT miss the deadline on the Hearing Order to get it emailed to the local court (NOT THE CNBC) and the C's litigation team or law firm.'
For the above part - if I did not receive their WS by the deadline, or anything else from them,
does that mean they do not intend to go forward, or that they do not have any evidence to send?0 -
It means they'll either send it after the deadline, or they intend to discontinue and will file a Notice of Discontinuance.Although if they're a smaller company representing themselves you can never discount them turning up and claiming to the judge they've sent it.0

The current thread by Kaziyyah shows a discontinuation, job done, so this split thread can be ignored2

Have they got to pay the Hearing fee before the WS deadline; and if so, have they paid it?Kaziyyah said:'This is a simple stage. It's your story & evidence.
