    I got same answer when I just rang having not been able to get in on my desktop and getting the page unavailable message when entering the code (hadn't seen this thread)

    As someone who used to work in IT for a large financial institution, these things happen from time to time. They always get fixed. What I do wish though is that every institution had a good and up to date service status dashboard. Some do, but tends to be the large Banks.
