The Prize Draw (as defined below) is being run by Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co. Limited (company number 00057186) whose registered office is at Lilywhite House, 782 High Road, London, N17 0BX (the “Club” or “THFC”).

In these Terms and Conditions, references to “you” or “entrants” refers to entrants in the Prize Draw (as defined below).

Entrants can enter (if eligible) into a prize draw (“Prize Draw”) to have a chance at winning a pair of VIP tickets for the Post Malone concert taking place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Monday 8 September 2025 (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

To enter the competition, entrants must provide their details via a website form which can be found on the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium website (https://www.tottenhamhotspurstadium.com/) or through the Club’s official social media platforms.
The deadline for entry into the Prize Draw is 23:59 UK time on Sunday 24 August 2025 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

To be eligible for a Prize Draw, entrants must (i) agree to these Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant box (ii) be aged 18 or over at the date of entry and (iii) be a permanent resident of the United Kingdom. Proof of identity may be required.

The winner will be chosen at random via a random number generator (the “Winner”).
Only one entry into each Prize Draw per person is permitted.

The Winner will be notified by email three (3) days after the conclusion of the Prize Draw Period.

If the Winner fails to respond to outreach by the Club, a new Winner will be selected two (2) days after the date of the outreach.

The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Club, employees of the Club’s subsidiaries, their families or agents of the Club.

The Club reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of it choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize, in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The Prize is therefore subject to availability and change.

The following entries are not valid: (i) entries which do not meet any eligibility or entry requirements as set out in these Terms and Conditions (ii) entries submitted using a method or technique designed to unfairly increase chances of winning; (iii) third party or bulk entries; (iv) entries made in breach of these Terms and Conditions; (v) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; (vi) entries received after the close of the Prize Draw Period; (vii) dishonest entries.

The Club reserves the right to invalidate entries, disqualify any entrant or recover the Prize from any entrant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The Club accepts no responsibility for (i) any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entries or information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

The Winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Prize Draw, including but not limited to having their name and disclosure of country of residence published with their entry and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any Club media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Club relating to any post-winning publicity. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry into the Prize Draw or any publicity relating to the Prize Draw.

The Club’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered. Entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Club reserves the right to hold and void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended, or cancelled the Club is under no obligation to deliver the Prize to any Winner.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Prize Draw or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control.

The Club will not be held responsible for the Winner not taking advantage of the Prize due to health or any other reason.

The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

When entering into the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that details provided (including the Winner’s full name, email address, date of birth and country of residence) will have been made available to the Club (the “Personal Data”).

All Personal Data will be held and used by the Club in accordance with the Club’s privacy policies (which can be found at tottenhamhotspur.com/information/privacy-policy) and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in accordance with the Club’s privacy policy. We may also use the information you provide to verify your age and identity.

If you opt-in to receive marketing communications from the Club as part of your entry to the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that your Personal Data shall be processed in accordance with its privacy policy.
