• Competition closes at 11:59pm on Sun 14 Sep 2025
• Entrants must be 18+ and a UK resident.
• The prize is for one cake and tea box a month for 12 months starting the date of the first dispatch
• The flavour and design of cake cannot be pre-selected 
• There is no cash alternative to this prize.
• The prize cannot be paused once the first cake and tea has been dispatched. 
• Not all monthly cakes may be available in alternative versions (e.g. gluten-free, dairy-free). 
• Cakes and tea will be dispatched around the same time each month. You will receive an email notification once each cake is on its way. Delivery dates may vary slightly due to weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• The prize is non-transferable, but you may nominate a different recipient on a temporary or permanent basis with prior notice.
• Cakes and tea can be sent to an alternative UK delivery address if we are notified at least 7 working days before the scheduled dispatch.
• If you or the recipient have any allergies or dietary requirements, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to dispatch of the next scheduled cake.
• Please note that all cakes are produced in a kitchen that handles allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs.
• If a delivery is missed or cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the address, the subscription cake and tea for that month may be forfeited. We cannot guarantee redelivery or replacement unless due to a fault on our part or our courier’s.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, bereavement), we may, at our discretion, offer a pause or rescheduling of deliveries.
