Letter Before Claim Received - No PCN Ever Received

Like a previous thread I received this Letter Before Claim on 9th August 25 (dated 31st July). This letter is identical in every way and contains no details of the alleged contravention - "Present without payment having been made for duration of stay" - taken from debt recovery company's documents.
It relates to an alleged contravention on 8th August 2021 - no PCN from Alliance Parking UK Ltd or any other correspondence was ever received. From 4th May 25 (the first I knew of this)Trace Debt Recovery have bombarded me with threatening letters, SMS messages and calls which I have not answered. No idea how they got my number, on advice I have never contacted them. I understand Moorside Legal are associated with them?
I am adamant the parking was paid for (in cash) as the purchaser of the parking ticket is a regular user of the car park, knew parking was payable and mentioned the cost at the time. Clearly 4 years on there is no evidence such as a parking ticket. Had contact been made within the required time frame - is it 14 or 28 days, not sure - it would have still been available. . The keepers address was up to date with DVLA in August 21 - co-incidentally other correspondence from another parking company was successfully delivered to the address so no issue there.
I realise this letter cannot be ignored, it's not giving any timeframe to respond. How should it be answered please/? All advice extremely gratefully appreciated.
Thank you
