Zopa Regular Savings question

I've just opened a Biscuit account in order to get access to the 7.1% regular saver.

On the Zopa app home page I've tapped on "hit your savings goals sooner with up to 7.1%" and then "open an account now".  It then prompts me to "start application" but it's talking about Smart Saver.  I don't understand how you apply for the regular saver.  Could anyone help me please?  thanks

The Regular Saver is a pot which is part of the Smart Saver so you'll need to open a smart saver to get the regular saver pot. See screenshot

Tagging this question on to this thread rather than starting a new thread…

I've got a Biscuit current account and have been trying to open a 7.1% Regular Saver with them today - unfortunately when I tap on 'Open a Regular Saver pot' in the app, I get a "Something went wrong" message - "Don't worry it's not you - it's us. Please give it another try."

I have tried several times now, at different times today! I did initially wonder if I needed to have the £300 initial deposit for the RS in the main current account, so I transferred that across but no dice!

Think they're having few issue's with updated App…few other newer posts bout it as well

After installing an app update today, I was able to open the Zopa Regular Saver pot

Thanks. Installed a Zopa app update this morning and then I too was able to open a Regular Saver pot.
