These are a couple of the signs they attached to the case.  It is from the correct site but these are clearly not from the time of the PCN as it is now £3 to park for 3 hours

There are 12 photos of the signage in all and they are all similar to this with Local Parking and the incorrect tariff on them

If your copies are any clearer, could you please confirm the company registration number on the signs-it looks like 4125238; and, I don't suppose any of the images have a date on them?.

The reasons being that company registration number belongs to a company called Easy Parking Solutions Limited which was called Local Parking Security Ltd up and until 5th March 2024. The VAT number does belong to Easy Parking Solutions Limited.

Yes, that's the number shown:

Company Number - 4125238

VAT Reg No - 754390224

No dates on the photos but I assume they must be from before 5th March 2024 as that's when Smart Parking took over Local Parking Security Ltd according to their website

In other news, I can't find Local Parking Security Ltd or Easy Parking Solutions Limited on either the BPA or IPC lists of AOS members.

I'm saying that the name Smart Parking Ltd doesn't appear on those signs so either they come from a different car park or it's the correct car park, but, the contract is only being offered by Local Parking Security Ltd.

It's definitely the correct car park as the second picture shows the shops in the background.  I assume they would just claim that the contract has passed to them as they took over LPS Ltd?  But the photos are still not the ones that are onsite now as they have the wrong tariff on them.  I assume in my response to them I need to ask for relevant photos from the site that are not out of date?  As well as contesting all the other parts that they lied about that is.

They didn't take over this LPS Ltd, because after they changed the name to Easy Parking Solutions in March 2024 they set up a new company, also called LPS Limited, but with a different registration number 15569146.
