Received APCOA PN but code provided doesn’t work to log appeal

Hi,
Received APCOA PN (for a location I’ve never visited but picture of is my car!?) Code on PCN won’t let me log into their system to log appeal. How else should I contact them or just ignore the PN?

Do not reveal who was driving, if you know, definitely not with apcoa cases
Use the complaint link listed on the BPA AOS members list to complain about it to Apcoa, giving them any details about the case, reference number, vrm details etc
But first, Is this pcn a postal pcn or a windscreen pcn ?
Also, what is your appeal ? Seeing as the vehicle was never there
No knee jerk reactions, get your ducks in a row first1 -
Postal PCN, basis is for appeal is location provided is for a station car park in SE London we have never visited. Google maps data shows we were both in Birmingham that day.1

OK, use a typical Apcoa railway land appeal based on no keeper liability, not relevant land
No blabbing about who was driving in your complaint + appeal, it's a keeper appeal, based on no liability ( so nothing should be said about any drivers at all, especially if your vehicle wasn't there, could be a VRM misread and maybe they realised and cancelled ? )
But complain anyway, give then something to do, maybe mention something about a GDPR breach by accessing your data1 -
There are several apcoa portals which can in it not being recognised1

Don't just google how to appeal. You'll land on the wrong portal. Obviously you appeal on the exact webpage the back of the PCN says.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
