Complete Savings – how to get my money back?

After a MSE post on this unscrupulous company, I contacted them to request a refund on their service which I had no recollection signing up to.
On 3rd June 2025, they agreed to refund me the full £105. They said that the refund would arrive in my account within the next 3–5 working days. The refund never arrived.
Ever since then, I’ve been emailing their company to get my refund. I’ve left them a terrible review on Trustpilot which caught the attention of somebody in their customer service team. However, she’s ignoring my emails as well now.
What choices do I have left? Has anyone here had anyone getting refunds from these scam artists? It’s like getting blood out of a stone!
