My Nana received a parking fine for overstaying in euro car park where they Had an evening rate of £2 she paid £2 which is shown on the ticket but was only given one hour, I don’t know  why euro car parks rejected the appeal.

What time did she buy the ticket? What time does the evening rate start?

Their faulty machines are a common problem,  I presume that the VRM details were correct on the ticket   ?

Lets see a picture of their rejection reason

Does the registration number on that ticket match your Nan's registration number?

Does the bit in yellow say she only paid £1?

Yet the ticket proves she paid £2?
