A friend of mine has just received a letter from these guys as he is the registered keeper of his daughter's car. The letter says she put over £100 of diesel in her car on a date in July at a garage in Kent on pump 3. You can also talk to the petrol station direct. Our Tesco's cancelled everything for someone due to a similar fck up (they have the power) and sent a bouquet of flowers as an apology.
