Stamp duty refund

Hi, 2 years ago i rented my house out which is soley in my name. (House A) then me and my partner bought a house to live in( House B) I paid £5500 stamp duty on House B.
I own house A + B, my partner owns house B

Me and my partner have now split up and i'll be signing House B over to her.
So I will now own (House A) and she will own (House B)
Would i be able to claim my stamp duty back with it been under 2 years.

Thanks for any help

Is House B in England so that the relevant stamp duty is stamp duty land tax?

If so then transferring your interest in House B cannot entitle you to a refund of the extra 3% SDLT paid on the purchase of House B.
