Horizons parking fine rejection.

hello any advice would be appreciated 

i followed guidance here on what to write for a appeal of a horizon pcn. i got this at a park car park. the signage was really poor and only had it stated that it was a paid car park on the entrance board which is easy to miss as your turning into the park.

although i didn’t mention the above when appealing and used the horizon template on another thread here mentioning “we” and not giving registered keeper details.

any thoughts on what i can do? should i go to POPLA for formal appeal? If yes can i now mention i was the driver and mention the poor signage? Or should i do nothing?

Check your NTK PCN letter against the 2 examples posted by coupon mad in the newbies sticky thread in announcements,  see if it complies with POFA or not,  it either does, or it doesn't,  report back

You cannot use the edit function until your status changes from NEWBIE to FORUMITE, then you will see a circle with three dots inside it.
