UKPC and ZZPS

Hello, 

Received a PCN from UKPC maybe two months ago. I appealed using newbies template and did not receive any response. Have checked emails + spam.

Now ZZPS have sent the usual debt collectors letter. I will ignore as advised on other threads, but unsure how this works when I didn't even get a response nor a chance to appeal through POPLA? 

Do I just wait and see now? Do I email UKPC highlighting that they did not respond to my appeal?

Use the ukpc complaint link on the BPA AOS members list to complain about it to ukpc

Totally IGNORE ZZPS, which is the OSNER SCAM.  which is approved by the BPA ??

NOTHING ZZPS CAN DO BUT CRAWL BACK INTO THE SEWERS WHERE THEY CAME FROM
