How to open this window fully to clean

Options
Hi, I’ve seen online that some UPVC windows can be opened fully to allow for easier cleaning. Mine look a bit different to what I’ve seen online and I can’t figure out if this option is available on my windows too. Anybody able to help? Thanks!

I don't think yours is an easy clean hinge as there is normally an button the the hinges to push to make the window move.

You could change them if you feel confident and have help.

    I don't think you can.
But you can possibly change the hinges to similar to one you have on left/right opening windows:
I think the only difference is which part slides.

Your thinling of tilt and turn windows that open inwards like a door.

No, they are thinking of easy clean hinges, as in g_c's post, where the open casement slides inwards towards the centre of the opening to allow access to the outside of the glass.

No, it's tilt and turn, I stayed in a top floor flat ages ago and had them, easy to clean from inside.

The style shown by the OP is the same as mine and I haven't found any way to open them any further than that photo.  Pain in the bum to clean upstairs windows, even larger ones.

Tilt and turn and easy clean hinges are completely different types of window, easy clean are just a sliding variation of standard casement hinges.  OP thought theirs were the sliding version.

@molerat is correct. Easyclean windows have a button slider on the hinge. See below

You push down the purple button and the whole hinge slides across.

    Ok, but OP asked,
'How to open this window fully to clean?'
See my link above for tilt and turn.

I looked, and saw an inward opening window, therefore completely different from the OP's pictures of their outward opening pane.

Surely you saw that as well?
