I would appreciate some advice please, I received an expected letter from HSBC that my current mortgage rate of 3.24% is coming to an end on 31st October. Is it best that I wait a few days before I check the new rates, given the recent interest rate cut?
Not an expert with all things mortgage and I obviously want to get the best rate possible, and try to fix for longer than 2 years, as I keep on doing!
