Mortgage renewal

Hi our mortgage with Nationwide is due to run out at the end of Aug.

Due to the interest rate cuts have they already been factured in? Or is it worth waiting another week or so?

Also we've renewed twice now each time taking a 5 year fixed, would it be worth it doing the same again 4.04%.

Rates have been coming down for the last 2 weeks. I would imagine most of any reductions for this base rate change have already been factored in.

I wouldnt want to comment on the other question.
