Home Management, Talk Talk and Virgin sound like a bizarre combination.
Assuming you use Virgin Banking, media, mobile, or whatever, go direct to them and not via ANY email links.

    If they've called you, it's a no.
    If they've emailed you, it's a no.
If you've gone to the site by clicking/tapping on a non-Virgin web page, it's a no.
Also, for any of the above, don't give them your password.

VM are changing some log ins, just go to the usual site you use and you will be prompted to do whatever is necessary.

I am VM broadband user and had to update something last week but cannot remember exactly what.

It's the urgency that would worry me.  But as others say - log in as normal and see if there's anything on there about doing any updates.

If you have an email account with Virgin or one of their previous incarnations and are no longer a VM customer do be aware that they are closing down those free accounts, that could be why there is a deadline.

There are many disgruntled users on the VM forums who had the warning email but missed the contents and have lost access to their one and only personal email forever.

Note to all, do not rely on an ISP provided email address, many are being closed down and others are requiring a fee for use.
