Saying I was in a quite a state driving round the airport is not the same as saying I was the one driving the car round the airport.
But this is the reason that people pay the charges, it is so stressful for us regular folk to do this without the stress/fear of saying or doing the wrong thing.
Do you think I should pay the charge as I am making mistakes? Would it be admissible evidence for a parking company to turn up in court quoting random threads they have found, suggesting they are the words of the defendant ?0 -
