Replying to "Letter of Claim" - mention original PCN not received or not?

There was a PCN charge from UK Car Park Management back in September 24 which I never received. I received the first letter regarding the charge from Debt Recovery Plus. BW legal now picks up the case and I just received a letter of claim from them. I'm just about email them the general reply that was provied in the newbie thread. But I'm wondering if I should mention the fact that the original PCN was never received (no address changed involved)? Thanks

You can add it if you want to, but no blabbing about who was driving or about what happened
Sometimes ignorance is bliss, plausible deniability, so it is sometimes advantageous to not receive the original paperwork
So its a double edged sword, cuts both ways
It is your choice, but it won't change the future, a court claim will arrive in the post in the next couple of months1 -
