If this was an ad on social media sadly these types of scam sites are common, they copy known brands and sell stuff for next to nothing, you'll also get nothing and presumably they sell your data or attempt to charge more to your card down the line.

Have to say I know lots of places that do free world wide shipping, and many more if you spend over £X... given the prices of most of these places they tend to only have a handful of items under £X so almost all orders will be above the threshold. 

As a percentage of all shops I agree its low but its not an instant red flag to me, especially if its a brand aimed at the higher end of the spectrum.
