- The winner’s details will be shared with Middlethorpe Hall so that they can arrange their prize.
- A limit of one entry per person will apply.
- No bulk, third party or automated entries are accepted.
- No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, lost or delayed or are unable to be handed in because of any technical fault or other reason.
- The start date of the prize draw is 1st August 2025 and the draw will close at midnight on 30th September 2025.
- One winning entrant will receive a two-night stay for two adults sharing a superior double or twin room at Middlethorpe Hall; a three-course dinner each on one evening, Champagne afternoon tea each on one day; daily breakfast each and use of the spa facilities.
- The prize does not include travel to and from the hotel.
- The prize is subject to availability and must be booked and taken within 12 months of the winner being notified.
- The stay must be organised at least 10 business days before the arrival date and exclude York race days, Christmas and New Year period 22nd December 2025-2nd January 2026 and bank holidays. Valid for stays Sunday-Friday (with check-out Saturday morning). Dates must be confirmed with Middlethorpe Hall.
- The winner may be requested to take part in publicity.
- The prize is valid upon confirmation with Middlethorpe Hall. It must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash prize and we reserve the right to replace the prize for one of equal value without notice.
- The winner will be contacted via email by the Liz Earle Wellbeing team. If no response is received by the Wellbeing team from the winner within one week of our email, we cannot guarantee that the prize will still be available.
- Whilst Liz Earle Wellbeing is collaborating with Middlethorpe Hall in the administration of the prize draw, the prize is provided exclusively by Middlethorpe Hall. As such, Liz Earle Wellbeing cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the prize and is not liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the winner (or any other person) arising from or in connection with the prize.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
