Hello!
So in 2023 I finally broke down and realised how much debt I had, and I entered into a Trust Deed with Interpath Advisory/Cleanslate as I think it’s called now. After a year we revised my payments as my wages had increased.
In March of this year (2025) I received an email from Carrington Dean that my Trust Deed had been transferred to them, and that I would now be paying them. I did so until June of this year, when I became unemployed. I contacted the email provided by Carrington Dean and had no response. I had no response to any further emails sent to that email address.
I tried to download their “app” but it’s not exactly in working order. I then found a second email address on their website which I did get a reply to, which was mostly unhelpful and told me to delete and just redownload the app.
My circumstances have thankfully changed for the better and I have a new job, but I have no idea what’s happening with the trust deed after two months of no payments and absolutely no communication.
Has anyone else been in this position where their Trust Deed has been transferred to another company? Interpath Advisory were always really communicative and helpful, and I’m struggling with Carrington Dean.
Thanks!

You could try their complaints procedure around the lack of contact? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

They should also have details of a complaint mechanism on their website. Use that to report the failure to pick up, limited email response and app issues. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

I suggest you send them a written complaint: https://www.carringtondean.com/complaints/ and also leave a 1 start Trustpilot review, sometimes that gets noticed by firms
