QDR Solicitors - what to do?

Hello all,
I have tried hard to follow the newbies guidelines but can't seem to find the answer to my question so apologies in advance for asking something which could already be on the forum! I have a question to my situation I would greatly appreciate any help with:

• I received several letters asking for payment for a parking penalty. 
• I have ignored all of these and have not responded to any of them as I thought they would go away and the evidence is for something I dont think stands up.
• The penalty was apparently not for paying parking- though the photo evidence is for my car (but not me driving) and parking near (c. 40 metres away) the entrance to the car park (so far as I can tell) outside the entrance to Gerrards Cross train station - which is double yellow lines and NOT in the car park itself.
• I have asked the station attendees and the minicab rank next door to the station and they both said they haven't heard of a fine for someone parking here (which lots of people do every day)
• I think it was for someone else driving my car, waiting 5 minutes for someone to arrive at the station. Again, this is done all the time by hundreds of people.
• The early letters included an image of someone sitting in the car, parked, supporting the above theory.
• The latest letter is from QDR Solicitors asking for payment and threatening legal action. A copy attached.

Please can someone advise me on what they suggest I should do at this point? I am not sure if I need to appeal or ignore (or pay - the least favourable option!).

Ignore that and await the Letter of Claim.

Then you can respond to the LBC as per post 2 of the NEWBIES thread and mention that you were not driving, and APCOA never use POFA compliant Notice to Keeper letters. Therefore, a court claim would be doomed from the outset.

im not sure. I'm away for 2 weeks now and will check when im back. does it make a difference?

Yes-a Penalty Charge Notice times out after 6 months, the other, 6 years.

QDR simply do not understand that ZZPS, the famous OSNER scammer and CANNOT INSTRUCT ANYONE because it's not their debt/  THEY TALK RUBBISH as usual.

QDR are the son of WHOPLA  a grave error by the BPA to fake another POPLA.
A firm of solictors called Wright Hassall were apponted by the BPA to act as POPLA, hence the name WHOPLA.  WHAT A SCAM THAT WAS and Wright Hassal were booted out.
But QDR , a spin off, still chase the lonesome pine. ARE THEY GOOD ?  don't think so, have a look at trustpilot reviews, EVERYONE IS NEGATIVE
