G24 SMALL CLAIM TRACK

HI I have recieved a small claims track from G24. I provided evidence I was at work when the alleged parking took place. I provided log in and out records which proved I was at work. They are disputing this saying doesn't mean the car wasn't in the parking place at the time. I have until the 18th August to respond. I had a fine previously in  July 2024, the image for the apparent September 2024 is exactly the same. I did pay that fine as was at fault. Don't want a CCJ so thinking of paying it.

No you aren't!

Nobody here gets a CCJ by following our advice. There is zero risk. You don't just 'get a CCJ'.

You defend the case. It's EASIER than appeal!

You only get a CCJ IF you fail to defend OR you go all the way to court hearing AND lose AND still fail to pay.

But they'll never go to hearing and will discontinue at the eleventh hour. That is their business model - file 1000 claims a week and make a tidy profit when half of people cave in and pay.

No. We never do that.

What do you mean by "I will return the claim tracker with evidence"?

No evidence goes yet & you don't return any paper forms. You really need to read post 2 of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.

Do you mean that you have clear irrefutable evidence that the CAR was somewhere else as well as you (at work)?
