Rights relating to fraudulent ApplePay transaction

Commenting on this after this happened to me.
i received a text from my local GP inviting me yo a breast screening appointment. I clicked the link and clicked again and suddenly I was subscribing at £49pm to learnwarriors! Luckily I unsubscribed immediately from the accompanying email (or at least I hope I have). 

It was easily done. The ad was a pop up from the text about the medical appointment. I am guessing my GP had no idea this is happening but I can see how people unknowingly get caught out. There was a big button saying click here. I thought that was to get a medical appointment, but it was for the learnwarriors sign up page. It instantly took me to ApplePay. And I clicked on that thinking it just needed my ID for the medical appointment.

The text from the GP was genuine but I now know this was a pop up advert and the breast screening information showed up after a few second delay. I was just too quick to click. 

Never seen this “scam” before. Also, the email said the learnwarriors came with a one day free trial and was then priced at £49pm. 

A terrible way of acquiring business.
