Hi ya I keep getting a website error message when trying to log in or create an account.
I was sent an email to confirm my work email but when I click on it i get the website error.
I had an account over a year ago using my personal email and even when I tried to log in using this email i still get the error message.
I have tried on 2 phones and my PC using chrome and edge but nothing works.
All history is deleted and I have run ccleaner, my antivirus is Norton but unsure how to turn it off temporary to see if its that.
The log in website I'm trying to access is https://academy.aneemo.com/p/rough-sleeper-mental-health-awareness-free
Thanks

I have got through to the website you posted and all seems to be working OK.
I used Firefox and another browser. All website worked ok on both browsers..
Have you typed the address into the browser instead of clicking the link?

I thought it might be something I'm doing wrong or Norton is blocking.
I will wait and see what the training company comes back with.
Thanks.

Just a thought, try accessing the site on your phone using mobile data rather than your Wi-fi (in case your router/ISP has a problem with that site).1

Try deleting everything in the prefetch folder.1

Updated.
I can access the site as normal using my data so will now contact TalkTalk via the forum.
Not sure what a perfech folder is but I will Google it.
Thanks
Definitely will try it on data never really thought of that.

Hi Everyone,
I tested using my mobile data and the Wi-Fi on another network and was able to access the training site no problem.
I contacted TalkTalk online chat and It was TalkTalk's stupid settings for scam protection and virus alerts which they have now turned off and now able to access the training at home on MY TT wifiI have Norton anyway so unsure what they were turned on for.
One happy bunny.
Thanks everyone for all your great adviceSpending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.1
