Has anyone questioned Easyjet's baggage charges? I notice when booking a flight each bag is charged £7.98 but the website states that bags are charged at £3.99 pre-paid or £8.00 at the airport (so why are you charged double?) :mad: Also if you ring their customer service (you only get automated messages by the way!) you are advised that baggage costs £3 if booked online and £5 at the airport. 
I have emailed them twice but still have no answer. Would like to hear from anyone who has managed to pin them down to the correct charges.

I take it as £3.99 each way = £7.98 for a return flight, or were you just booking a single flight??

Thanks Lynsey. How stupid of me not to recognise that one, but even so, it still doesn't explain the difference in charges quoted on the web and over the phone!0
