Civil Enforcement CCJ Inconsistent Dates

Got caught forgetting to put a registration into a computer 2 years ago for a anpr car. Got sent the first letter 2 months after the date. Now in the PoC within the claim form it states violation date : 03/11/2023 and payment due date 02/12/2023 even though on the original PCN letter it states the issue date : 19/12/2023. Almost 3 weeks after the claim form states it should have been paid. Have I got a defence to this and if so should I send a letter back or answer online and if so could someone send me a link which could help build a template if a defence was advisable. The car has since been scrapped so I’m not worried about the registration being visible.

The word CCJ is incorrect, it appears that you have a claim form issued by CEL on MCOL ( Are the company dcb legal involved ? Or only CEL ? )
Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below

The Template defence is what you need. Their PCN is "out of time" for keeper liability, hopefully CEL don't know who the driver was.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'2 -
Read the CEL Costco example defence. Search the forum.
It was done yesterday and covers everything needed for a CEL defence including the fact no location or town is specified!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A claim form is what you have. Direct from CEL. Like the one I signposted you to.
A CCJ is a judgment against you. Which you don't have. And never will.
Defending is a cinch. Search for the one I said to copy from as well as bookmarking the first 8 steps in the Template Defence thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

On the claim form it only mentions CEL.
Adapt the Costco one with its extra additions suggested. Here it is:https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/81579635/#Comment_81579635
Then once your defence is in, please read this message and do the vital, current Public Consultation:

It's important that the Government hears from people with unfair charges who are facing horrific, scary court claims.
The link shows the two vital points to concentrate on, IMHO:
- banning 'fee' add-ons completely.
- making sure a new SINGLE appeals service replaces POPLA and the IAS which are seen as not fully independent and involved in a 'race to the bottom'.
Click through to the main thread about the Consultation, Do not be deterred by the fact that some questions are for the parking industry only.
We are currently discussing how to respond. Please join us in doing this Consultation. This is your one chance to make a difference re the proper regulation of private parking.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
