Follow plan A first, complain about it to the business and get it cancelled if you were a genuine customer1 -
Sainsburys can cancel this today, on the spot at the CS desk. Take your receipt or Nectar Card and COMPLAIN. Insist on seeing a Manager if fobbed off cluelessly. Do NOT leave the CS queue until it's cancelled but don't let them keep the original PCN, which you need just in case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
