Unknown Soft Search

Checking my report via my bank account, I noticed there was a soft search against my name. It is from Bet Fred based in Gibraltar. I have never opened or tried to open an online betting account. What is also concerning is that it had the wrong gender in my title - Mr instead of Mrs. I know soft searches do not affect my rating but should i be concerned?
