Lloyds Premier Account - Perks

I have a Club Lloyds account. I pay in £2k at month (not a salary), withdraw it and I qualify for a perk, for which I choose Disney+

I've noticed they have a Premier account (not Premium).
It's £15 a month, you get the existing perk, 1% back on spending up to £10 a month, and perfect FX rates.

There is also another Freebie of  Bupa Family GP and Wellbeing subscription.

What is confusing me are the terms that say if you deposit £5k a month the £15 is waived.
At first glance I thought it was the same as my existing Club account, but you put in and take out £5k instead of the £2k I do now.
But it seems the terms are saying you have to put £5k a month into a qualifying investment account?

Can anyone clear this up?

You’ll need to pay in £5,000 each month OR have £100,000 of savings or qualifying investments with us to be eligible for this account.

So it's the same terms as Club Lloyds except £5k in from any source rather than £2k, and you can withdraw it straight out?

It would appear so.  I've thought about Lloyds Private previously but none of the perks do it for me!
