CSPM NTK for forgetting to pay £1 parking fee

Hi,

It turns out I forgot to pay the £1 parking fee via the RingGo app at a leisure I go to weekly, 😂 they want me to pay £100 or £60 if i pay within 14.

Hers the only sign I know of, theres no way your reading that when you drive in:

I want to appeal because what they are asking for to completely unreasonable but I'm not sure how to go about it.

They need to read Schedule 4 of POFA again, another company quoting paragraph 8 instead of 9.

In other news the registered address is out of date which could result in a £1,000 fine.
