Winchester Station car park. Enterprise rental. APCOA.

Update 20Aug25 - after calling the rental office I have been refunded although it seems they missed my email.
Update 13Aug25 - the charge has now appeared on my credit card so have emailed both the Enterprise fines department plus the agent I spoke to in the rental office. I'll also be calling them.in the morning.
Edit - I've managed to get hold of Enterprise and, hopefully, they will be sorting this out.
Hi, can anyone help please. I hired a vehicle from Enterprise in Winchester to help my daughter move. We collected the van from an enterprise labeled parking space in the station car park.
I've now received an email stating there was a parking violation for the time we left the car park.
The issuing authority is APCOA Parking UK LTD but the email from enterprise say they have already paid the fine and will charge my card to recover the fine.
I really don't see what I could have done differently. I collected the vehicle from, and returned it to, an enterprise assigned parking space. No one said I needed to pay for parking. Maybe it registered me driving around the car park trying to find the exit as I'm not familiar with the area and the exit and entrance is not clearly marked.
I'm so cross.
