Horizon ignored change of address

I got a charge for staying at Tesco from Horizon. Since, I have moved back to Canada. 

I appealed via POPLA and was refused and I updated Horizon and the legal firm with my address in Canada and asked all paperwork to be mailed to the new address.

Today, I accidentally learnt from a friend that still lives in the UK, that another firm sent me a letter before action to my old UK address.

What should I do? Should I email the new firm and forward the email i sent before. It's clear that they are ignoring me and looking to take it to court without my presence or knowledge.

 I am concerned this will bite me if I decide to return to England one day.

I am writing to inform you that the address which you currently hold, <insert old UK address here>, is no longer an address with which I can be reached.

Your client is already aware that I have relocated to Canada, so they are currently abusing my data by failing to furnish your firm with my last known address (known to them, which I can prove).

They have acted wholly unreasonably. I suggest you distance yourselves from this conduct immediately.

I now reside at the following address: <insert full Canadian address here> and will be living in <foreign country> for the foreseeable future. This means that I am outside the jurisdiction of the English court.

I attach proof of my Canadian address to this email in the form of my <VISA? Work or study proof? Utility bill or rental agreement?>

Therefore, you must immediately communicate this to your clients (again) and erase the old address, mentioned above, as that address must not be used for a court claim.

If you fail to return the file to your clients and close the case, I will report your firm and its Principal Solicitor to the SRA for apparent failures to meet professional standards.
