    Hey! Just wanted to follow up on this. I followed all the advice, and submitted defence etc last year - back in August. I've still not heard anything! Is that common at the moment?

    Its not comon, but it appears to have stalled, in limbo, so just keep checking your MCOL claim history weekly, or fortnightly etc

    The only issue is that this could be resurrected at any time, any year until infinity. So you are going to have to tell the court and solicitor whenever you move, ever.
