DCB Legal Ltd Claim Form not displaying disabled badge

I have ready through many messages but I'm struggling to find a scenario that fits. I have received a Claim Form from DCB Legal, the claimant is Parking Group Ltd.
They claim I parked in a disabled parking bay in October 24 without displaying a badge. I didn't see any signs and I was parked for 10 mins.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. They are saying I owe £265.76 and if I don't pay possible CCJ.
I have read a post somewhere, that I now can't find, where a lady was parked in a disabled bay outside a shop. She gave a copy of her response, any idea's where this post is please?
