Return label underweight

I have just noticed the return label on my parcel is up to 1 kg. The parcel is bulky and weights at least 3.5 kgs. It’s due to be collected tomorrow. What can I do pl? Thanks

Contact whoever it was who provided the returns label?

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Who is the label with and where does it come from?
There are a few couriers where it won't make much difference. If it's a return label for a big company they'll probably sort out the fee and all you need to worry about is getting a receipt of some kind for the collection/drop off.

It’s a return label from eBay.

If ebay have provided the label you'll be covered, so long as it's not over 25kg.

Contact CS to say the label is insufficient, they will place the return on hold and message the seller advising they need to provide their own label or collect.

If the seller fails to do so within 5 days you can contact CS who will refund the return case without you having to actually return.

Since it's due to be collected today, Cherry, I'd just let it go.
eBay seemingly has flexibility on postage weights and sizes with their new system. I wouldn't expect this to be an issue at all. And, if it is, it won't be your problem
