Small Claims Judgement Against an Executor

I am the executor of an estate against which there was a small claims court judgement. The judgement was satisfied by the required date.
My name appeared on the paperwork "as executor for the late *********"
Will this affect my personal credit worthiness or credit ratings?

CCJs only go onto your credit files if you dont satisfy the judgement within a month. You say it was satisfied within the timescales and therefore nothing is going to show and the "executor" aspect of it is mootMyxHob said:I am the executor of an estate against which there was a small claims court judgement.
