i have 3 parking eye charges from a care home car park in loughton
my sister borrowed my car whilst we were on holiday to visit our father in the home but put the registration number of her own car in the system instead of mine now i have 3 tickets come through the care home said they cant do anything about it what can i do or say to parking eye

Ideally the care home manager or company should cancel them, plan A, they get a handbook and contract from Parking Eye and it tells them how to cancel pcns
One option you have is to throw your sister under the bus, 3 times, by naming her as the actual driver, 3 times, once per pcn, how would that go down in the relationship ?1 -
if the system was designed correctly/working correctly then it should have rejected the wrong number playe entry, as that number plate wouldnt have been picked up by the ANPR system on enty.
So called keying errors should not be possible with ANPR and subsequent number plate entry. the system is defective and you should not have to pay for someone's incompetence.From the Plain Language Commission:

Just appeal and show details of the keying error. Explain what the driver did and what her numberplate is.
Are all 3 PCNs POFA-compliant (paragraph on the back? See my NTK pictures thread to play spot the difference with ParkingEye ones). This is important to check but DO NOT look at the back of a 'Reminder' version. Only the PCNs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

im going to tell them im the RK and im not giving drivers details, but can i then say that the driver put in the wrong number plate or do i just say nothing? her car is registered to the care home which she visits every day, mine isnt, so this where its complicated if i give them her number plate which she put in the system, then theyll know she was driving.0
