I'm in the process of renewing my H&C insurance.
Quote Me Happy appear to offer favourable rates but its not a company name I am familiar with. I have seen suggestion that it might be part of Aviva. Just wondered if anyone can offer any info/thoughts/experiences on how reliable they are? I have searched the forum but requests that I have seen from others for comments appear to have gone unanswered.
Be grateful for any comments/observations.

Quote Me Happy is a trading style of Aviva UK Digital which as you say is part of the Aviva Group and all polices are underwritten by Aviva.
It's an online only offering, other than certain parts of Claims, so just make sure you are happy not being able to pick up the phone to discuss matters with them.
They have different tiers of product so range from fairly basic to reasonably comprehensive. Some of the add ons are a little more basic but that depends if you want Home Emergency or Legal Expenses. Aviva are a massive organisation covering the full spectrum of quality other than bottom of the barrel so judging how "good" they are is more difficult as people buying basic often then complain. Personally have had two claims with the aviva group and both were dealt with efficiently but then I work in insurance and can potentially leverage my knowledge.1 -

"Make a claim whenever you want and track its progress. We also have our claims phone line for new claims."
Suggests there is facility to deal with them on the phone as well as online.0 -
