No return address if seller

Can somebody pl help me. I want to return an item I bought from eBay but there is no return address of the seller

• Collection address

  Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP21 9JW

  United Kingdom

• Box required

  Package the item securely in a box

• Printer required

  Print and attach the returns label to the box

  Do I get the return address after I have paid? As it is not showing now.

When eBay supply the label it will be pre populated with the address.

When did you purchase the item? So long as it is still in the returns window just select 'return the item' from 'more actions' and ebay will handle the process.
Depending on the seller terms and your rights/reason for returning, they may need the seller to agree to a return.
