What is my residential status?

I live in a flat which is owned outright by my parents, to whom I don't pay rent.
Some of the time I live on my own, while some of the time my children (whose mother lives elsewhere) live with me.
What is my residential status for the purposes of applying for finance, where "Other" is not listed as an option?

"Living with parents" is most accurate as you don't own the place buy also don't pay rent.0

You're presumably a tenant, you just happen to not be paying any rent.
If it's car finance the question is more about stability.1 -

Although "Tenant" sounds 'closer', it's not actually accurate as the legal obligations of landlord and tenant don't come into play.
Thanks everyone for your help.0
