H i, I just recieved this via email. I’ve worked so hard to be debt free and I am nearly there but I have a fear I have missed something along the way. Is this a scam? It’s set my anxiety off and I am panicking

This scam is piggy backing off the back of the annual billion pound private parking industry using the small claims track as a debt collection agency .
Thats if the PPC,s who are scammers themselves take the invoice as far as court using similar but far worse and more involved bluster .
