Also in regards to the consultation link, I never went through POPLA due to being given the claimants penalty charge notice very late. That & after researching POPLA found them to mainly be a waste of time.
So I'm not sure I'm the droid you're looking for.1 -
We are looking for anyone who has been through the process and that is you. I took two weeks to complete my answer to the consultation but my pontifications were hearsay only (taken from posters on here) and not personal experience.2

We need individuals to say that the DRA fees must be banned, which we all agree is what is funding the greedy drive to court half a million times a year. You could just answer one or two questions if you wish. That one (calling for a BAN on the 'fee' add-on) is VITAL.
Like you, I rarely use POPLA for friends because I know it's useless (and the rival IAS is FAR worse than that). So we aren't only looking for people who have tried POPLA.
