    Thanks for the help chaps,

  • Sorry & ladies...
And not from Little Britain I hope. 😂

Great I'll submit my defence later this week & keep you tiddley peeps in the loop.

Also in regards to the consultation link, I never went through POPLA due to being given the claimants penalty charge notice very late. That & after researching POPLA found them to mainly be a waste of time.
So I'm not sure I'm the droid you're looking for.

We are looking for anyone who has been through the process and that is you.  I took two weeks to complete my answer to the consultation but my pontifications were hearsay only (taken from posters on here) and not personal experience.

And there was no penalty,  just a parking charge notice from a private parking company,  an invoice
  • I can't argue with that so have made a start on the consultation questionnaire.
  • Nearly two hours but that's my tuppence worth.

Happy new year folks, just a quick progress update.

Had mediation back in Oct/Nov which as expected was a waste of time, they offered to reduce the amount to about £220, I said no chance but I'd pay £10 as a good will gesture which was not acceptable to them so we called it a day.

Since then lots of blocked calls & ignored automated voicemail messages left from DCB wanting to speak to me but no more paperwork so thought they might've given up but not so as I've just received this scheduled hearing paperwork.

I will update you lovely lot in late July, when I can hopefully confirm that Euro Car Pests have not paid the court fee & have scuttled back under their grubby rock.

They don't give up until just before the hearing fee is due, in your case , July, so everyone gets that court order with deadlines etc

Don't forget, you need to submit witness statement and evidence by the deadline shown in the Notice of Allocation.
