Transferring debt from pre payment metre to a smart metre
I have a pre payment metre that went faulty a few months ago and couldn't top up, got a smart metre booked for September. But the debt on the metre now will get transferred over to the smart metre.
How will that work will it just take a certain amount each time I top up towards the debt? How much will they take. I'm with utility warehouse.
