in Ebay, auctions, car boot sales, post & parcels
I’ve got an item listed on UK EBay.  Had an offer from a buyer who has a UK delivery address and says based in UK but when I go to make a counter offer on the App it is asking for a $ value.
Anyone heard of any glitches?

    I left it an hour and tried again, this time was normal so who knows what was happening.
