They have pursued me like vultures, not even agreeing to a Consent Order.

Evidence and paint that refusal as 'wholly unreasonable conduct'.

That magic phrase opens the door to ALL your costs on the indemnity basis. List everything from both hearings and travel and potential cost of staying in the UK for two nights close to the court.

I'm bit confused on how to present this, as I thought this was done when submitting a witness statement for the Small Claims Track. Currently I have only been asked to complete the N180 for the Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track. Do I submit a separate letter along with the N180? My deadline for the N180 is tomorrow! Thank you

Did the local court send you a N180 following the set aside hearing?

I would seize the moment to also attach a list of your full costs now as well.

In theory yes. After the set aside on 16th March, and after submitting my Defence as requested by the Judge at the set aside. I then received an emailed letter from the Court on 24th April titled:  Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track and a note showing where to download the N180 form. See image of the main content.

Happy to seize the moment with my costs, nothing to lose. So do I just type out a list of figures and what they are for. Do I need to emphasise this legally in any way? Thank you

I have put this extra note together to send with my N180 form. Is it ok?
